Never had one period. Only been here a couple months. Don't know what to expect.
[ And honestly it wasn't entirely terrible not having one; he's not entirely sure he's ready for a complete stranger to know everything about him anyway. ]
[ Barry sounds more...resigned than anything else. Uncertain, maybe, but not much of it comes through in his voice. He wasn't lying; he has no idea how this goes, or what to expect, which puts him on edge but all that manages to do is keep him distant. ]
[ juno doesn't entirely blame him. he's mostly resigned himself, and this is a job he signed up for. he can't imagine having this place being thrust upon him. ]
[ and juno will be waiting for him in the hallway outside of it. he's in his late thirties, missing an eye, and inexplicably in a trenchcoat. he's fiddling with his communicator, but he'll look up and greet him with an awkward wave. ]
[ In person, the uncertainty's more visible. He watches his surroundings like someone used to needing to be on guard, arms hanging awkwardly at his sides as he takes the whole thing in. He nods in answer to the question. ]

Okay. Hi. Wasn't really expecting anything, so it's fine.
[voice]
--you weren't expecting anything? Can't tell me you've had a warden lazier than me.

[ he sounds legitimately apologetic. ]

Re: [voice]
I drink, yeah. Sure. Where do you want to meet?
[voice]
The Lounge work for you?
Re: [voice]
[ He'll be there. Prompt, stiff and unsure, but there. ]
